OHC offers three flavours of software demos. All three solutions allow you to see the power of OHC for managing your customers and their services.

1) Quick Install CD

Install the servers in your own datacenter on your own servers in under an hour. Quick Install CDs install everything required to run OHC, even the operating system. You can explore firsthand the benefits that OHC offers by provisioning services that are accessible on the web. This solution is perfect for people who really want the full experience of OHC running in their datacenter alongside other servers. It is also ideal for those that like to tweak their installations to integrate with existing systems.

2) VMWare images

If getting your hands on a few servers to test the software on is a difficult task, or if you want to bypass the installation of the Quick Install CDs, you can download VMWare virtual appliance images of the OHC servers. The appliances are pre-installed virtual servers that can run on any computer, even your desktop. You can even run a few servers at once on the same machine. With VMWare images, you can see OHC running on your own server without having to dedicate hardware for the demo.

3) Hosted demo

If you don't want to install the demo or set up VMware appliances on your computer, Sitepak offers demos hosted in a third-party datacenter. Sitepak will install and run servers running exactly as the VMWare images. However, rather than running them on your personal computer, they run off of a central server that you would connect to remotely. This solution is designed for people who have very few resources to spend on an in-house demo. Although it is not running on your own servers, it still allows you to get a good feel for how OHC works.
